Pricing questions answered

Are there any hidden fees?+
No. SpeedBox365 rates include pickup, sortation, line-haul, and last-mile delivery. There are no fuel surcharges, residential delivery fees, or address correction fees. What you see in our rate table is exactly what you pay.
Is there a minimum shipping volume requirement?+
No minimum volume required on the Starter or Growth plans. Enterprise customers typically ship 1,000+ packages per day and unlock negotiated custom rates. We welcome sellers at every stage of growth.
How does billing work?+
Shipping charges are billed weekly based on actual packages shipped. Your monthly plan fee (if on Growth or Enterprise) is charged on your monthly anniversary date. You'll receive a detailed line-item invoice every billing period with no surprises.
Can I switch plans at any time?+
Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Growth at any time — the rate discount applies immediately. Downgrading is effective from your next billing cycle. Enterprise contracts are typically annual, but we're flexible for fast-growing sellers.
What happens if a package is lost or damaged?+
SpeedBox365 includes $100 of coverage on every shipment at no extra charge. Extended coverage up to $2,500 is available for $0.50/package. Claims are processed within 5 business days — faster than any major carrier.
Do you charge for returns?+
Returns are priced separately from outbound shipments. Starter: $2.50/return. Growth: $1.80/return. Enterprise: negotiated. The branded return portal and analytics dashboard are included in all Growth and Enterprise plans.
